What will you do?
- Responsible for operating the SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on payroll and personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements.
- System customizing and configuration, error analysis, and technical enhancements, including ABAP code analysis.
- Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements across the relevant SAP HCM modules.
- Contribute the continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape including the consideration of new technologies.
What's your story?
- Professional experience as an SAP HCM IT-Consultant.
- Comprehensive knowledge of German payroll processes and regulations, customizing incl. schemas and rules.
- Experience with HR Smart Forms is an advantage.
- Solid technical skills in ABAP debugging.
- Good English skills, written and spoken.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork, Customer focus, ability to engage and persuade others.
Nice to have:
- Experience with international payroll (e.g. Poland)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Basic German skills written and spoken
