Welcome to one.O

We’re excited to have you on board! We’ll support you right up to your first day and make sure you’re well-prepared to get started – because: You make us one!

Before applying

All current job openings are listed on our career page. Once you’ve found a suitable position, you can apply directly via the “Apply Online Now” button using our online form.

It’s simple: every position listed on our career page is active and open for applications.

As long as a position is visible on our career page, you can apply – there are no fixed deadlines.

A detailed CV is usually sufficient. A cover letter is optional unless explicitly requested in the job description. However, it helps us better understand your motivation and background. If you have relevant certificates or references, we’d be happy to receive them as well.

Generally, you should have German and English skills at B2 level. If a specific role requires additional language skills, you’ll find the details in the job posting.

Our recruiting team is happy to help with general questions. For each job posting, you’ll also find a specific contact person.

We offer a wide range of opportunities – from internship to leadership roles. The best way is to take a look at our current job openings.

During the application

Of course. If you’re interested in several roles, you can apply to each directly via the online form in the respective job posting.

Once you’ve submitted your application via our online form, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder and, if necessary, contact our recruiting team.

You’ll usually hear back from us within three weeks. If it takes longer, feel free to reach out to the responsible recruiter. Naturally, we’ll also let you know if the position has already been filled or if we’ve chosen another candidate.

You can’t withdraw directly in the system, but a quick email or phone call to us is enough.

Direct editing isn’t possible, but if you’d like to make changes, please contact us – we’ll gladly support you.

Definitely. Sometimes small details make the difference. If you find another suitable role, we look forward to receiving your application again.

The first interview is usually remote. More details about the process can be found on this page under “Application Process.”

We use Microsoft Teams for our interviews. You don’t need your own account – the invitation link works directly in your browser. Please ensure your laptop is charged, your camera and microphone are working, and you’re clearly visible.

Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a task (e.g., a use case or live programming). If that’s the case, we’ll let you know well in advance.

We recommend learning a bit about one.O and the department you’re applying to. You don’t need to be an expert – what matters is presenting yourself authentically. Preparing thoughtful questions not only helps us but also gives you a better sense of whether we’re the right fit for you.

You’ll typically meet representatives from recruiting, the relevant department, and potential team members. We find it important that you meet your future team early on – it helps both sides determine whether it’s a good fit.

We care about more than just professional qualifications – your personality matters, too. For permanent positions (not internships or student jobs), you can voluntarily complete the LINC analysis before your interview. You’ll receive the results at the same time as we do. It’s simply a conversation tool – there are no right or wrong answers.

The LPP is an online tool based on the scientifically validated Big Five model. It provides a holistic view of your personality – including traits, motivations, and competencies. The results can help you gain new insights into yourself and support your personal development.

After the application

If we don’t move forward together, your documents will be handled confidentially in line with applicable data protection regulations. They are typically deleted automatically after six months. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Once you’ve signed, we’ll provide all the important information regarding your first day. You’ll receive an invitation and all necessary documents in advance. Your future team may also reach out to discuss initial topics or questions. Of course, we’ll be available to support you throughout the entire onboarding process.

On your first day, you’ll meet your team and receive everything you need for a smooth start – including equipment, access, and an introduction to key tools. You’ll be gradually introduced to your tasks without pressure. You’ll also take part in a campus rally with other new joiners, giving you the chance to explore the company and our location. And don’t worry: no one is thrown in at the deep end here – we make sure your start is welcoming and well-supported.
